Hot Llamas was created after a close friend talked me into creating my own hot sauce. I fell in love with the process and started treating hot sauce like a craft beer, curating flavors and trying to use peppers in a way that was more than just melting faces. By using different peppers and ingredients, I tried to focus on sauces that were more about the flavor but still brought ample heat to the table. I design sauces with use in mind. Sure, you can always pour the sauce on things, but I wanted to also create something that could be added to recipes to create a bolder experience. Try some of my recipes, but experiment as much as you can. If you come up with a great recipe, share it with me and I’ll share it with the masses (and of course give you credit).
